Refunds will be processed as per the airline / hotel fare rules and cancellation policy. Such refunds shall be subject to STV Tours receiving the same from the airlines. However, the convenience fee paid to STV Tours paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee.
All cancellations made directly with the airline need to be intimated to STV Tours, in order to initiate the process of refund. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank, etc. The refund shall be processed after deducting the STV Tours service fee, which is independent of the convenience fee as mentioned above.
The refund will be credited with in 7 days to the same account from which the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, STV Tours will make an appropriate charge reversal to the same credit card; likewise, if the User used a debit card, STV Tours will credit the money to the same debit card.
In the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets, upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
Any changes to an existing booking will be subject to the charges levied by the Charter Company. The User shall be obligated to pay applicable charges in the event of any alternation or modification to the existing booking.
• Cancellation of tickets can be done either through email to STV Tours
or by calling on the customer care number.
• Any cancellation is subject to such cancellation charges as mentioned
on the ticket.
• Reservations will be subject to cancellation and refund policies of
the Activity Provider which may vary from time to time.
• STV Tours may charge applicable taxes or service charge, convenience
fees etc. wherever applicable. Any booking is subject to applicable

FIT means Free Independent Travel, though STV Tours does not entertain this travel service (FIT) and only entertain GIT, means Group Inclusive Tour/Group Tour/Corporate Tour Tour/s or Travel means any Domestic or International Tours organized by STV Tours Domestic or India tours designed for anyone to explore the states of India and the Indian subcontinent from India. MICE/Corporate tour/ means particular group tourism dedicated to booking, planning, and facilitating Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions, Seminars, and other events. Allied service providers contain Hotel, management, airlines, caterers, restaurants, places of entertainment like theme parks, museums, art galleries, tour guides who provide the services to the Guests. We don’t fix the price for the tours provided by us as we only entertain Corporate/Group tour which is generally customized/modified as per the guests’ choice or requirement so the finalized price of such tour is subjected to be vary depending on requirements. The first day of the group tour/itinerary/corporate tour/ may start at any time, Be it morning, afternoon, or evening, at the very first location/destination/site depending on the arrival of scheduled or concerned flight/train/cruise or any other mode of transportation and the same will be applicable in case of the last day of the tour. In a nutshell, a ‘Day” shall mean a duration/period/time or part of the day or 24hrs or its relative part thereof.
Neither STV Tours nor any of its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries,
employees, officers, directors, agents, tour managers, or suppliers and
their respective successors, heirs and permitted assigns shall be
responsible for, or be deemed to be in default on account of, any
failure to perform or due to delay in execution or performance of any of
its obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, if such execution is
rendered impracticable by the occurrence of acts of war, whether
declared or undeclared, embargo, sabotage, acts of terrorism, riot or
